S: Chocolate Rice Cake with Cool Whip (my new favorite snack only 85 Calories); probable something else maybe popcorn or cereal

WO: Walking to school .6 miles; C25K (It seems like I've been doing this forever but I have been doing each week twice, then I missing 2 weeks, sick one and spring break the other, so I redid week 3 last week and now I am starting week 4 this week); Crunches

Water: 3 Liters
