B: SF Instant Oatmeal
L: French Toast: SF Syrup: Fruit (I haven't decided what yet) D: Whole Wheat Pasta, Ragu tomato sauce, 95% lean ground beef; salad S: Chocolate Rice Cake with Cool Whip (my new favorite snack only 85 Calories); probable something else maybe popcorn or cereal WO: Walking to school .6 miles; C25K (It seems like I've been doing this forever but I have been doing each week twice, then I missing 2 weeks, sick one and spring break the other, so I redid week 3 last week and now I am starting week 4 this week); Crunches Water: 3 Liters |
B: 1 pc Eziekiel Bread w/ Almond butter
S: Apple L: Salad w/ turkey, tomatoes, cucmbers, gr peppers oil/vinegar S: Almonds D: Chicken breast, steamed brocc. as much water as possible!!! hope to do watp tonight |
