Does anyone have any special exercise that they save for Saturday/Sunday?? My husband draged me out today for an hour bike ride around our rural hilly area. At first I was unhappy and tired but soon I found myself not only enjoying the bike ride and scenery but also the company. We conquered some really challenging hills. My husband was really nice and waited for me and kept encouraging me. At first I was aggervated that he was so much faster and in better shape but soon I was focused on how good his rump looked in front of me

We had a great Sunday. So does anyone else have a workout that they hold for Sat/Sun??
