My boyfriend left me with a mostly empty bag of pita chips this morning... I've already eaten a full serving (for breakfast along with a granola bar) and I am not going to eat anymore! That's the goal for work today.
I had a pretty bad day food and exercise wise yesterday and tomorrow I'm gonna be in the car for 6 or 7 hours up to Canada. Ack! But I'm going to try and eat healthy in Canada, we like going to international places so it's not as hard as if we were really into burger joints.
I've got class until 10 tonight, but I'm gonna try and find time to at least lift some weights or something.
I will lose this weight!
