Hi everyone...I've read that a big part of being successful at dieting is planning. And in order to plan, you have to know the ins and outs of your routine.

I work until 7-8pm most nights and by the time I get home from dinner/errands/friends/going out...it's usually 11pm-12am, or later. That's the time when I unwind in front of the TV, snack on whatever is in the kitchen, then go to bed (eating immediately before laying down, most of the time). I'm sure all of that is adding to my problems.

I'm looking for some folks to chat with on those nights when I'm bored, there's nothing on TV and I just decide to snack on whatever is around. It'd be nice to meet some people with the same obstacles and issues to take my mind of my idle hands - and mouth!

Anyway, I have AOL and Yahoo messengers and would love to get the chance to talk with you all.
