I am going to get as much exercise as i can in the 3 wks that i'll be able to exercise before having to take a medical leave of exercise for a month..

I've never counted my minutes like this before so I'm pumped for the challenge. I'm going to count all exercise I do (treadmill, bike, ablounge, weights) as one.
