I am going to get as much exercise as i can in the 3 wks that i'll be able to exercise before having to take a medical leave of exercise for a month..

I have never counted my minutes before - this is great b/c it will keep me accountable! I will make my goal for February 1000 minutes.

I'd love to join in!

Starting C25K February 1st, so my goals are to stick with that program... as well as get in some bike time at the gym

BIKE: 80miles in February (figuring 2x a week at gym, 10 miles each day)
C25K: 3x per week (2 weeks on phase 1, 2 weeks on phase 2)

I'm working on my 1.5 mile time. I'm starting at about 20 minutes. By the end of Feb I want to be at 17 minutes or less!
