It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we've all grown to know and love! Valentine's Day is soon, and we (back in the day, ha!) used to have clever little names for the challenges, so what better than "I Love Exercise"
Set your own fitness goals.
You can join in at ANY time.

2. Write down all the dates of February so you can keep on track with your goal (or add days as the month progresses)
3. EDIT your post everyday/or when you have the chance with your progress.

5. The numbers are minutes of exercise by the way.

A short month, but I want to push myself, so I'll go up another 100 minutes this month:
1800 minutes in February:
February 3: 30 minutes strength (still not feeling well... back to normal soon, I hope )
February 5: 60 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes strength
February 7: 30 minutes core, 60 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes strength
February 8: 60 minutes spinning
February 9: 120 minutes snowboarding
February 11: 120 minutes spinning
February 13: 40 minutes core
Total: 610 minutes

I'm gonna shoot for 800... I have yet to make a goal since I think March 2006! This will be my month! Also going to track my water... Want to get 50L of water this month.

I just started exercising yesterday, so I have a small goal (and I am only including "exercise" not my house cleaning, etc.): 300 minutes

I'm SO in! YAY! 1000-1100 minutes. Combo of Cardio, Fat Burn, Weight training, playing basketball, and walking Dixie. May even try a yoga tape this month. Switch things up a bit.
February 1: 60 minutes (fat burn, basketball, cardio)
February 2: 50 minutes (fat burn, cardio, weight training)
February 3: Didn't go.
February 4: Day off.
February 5: 30 minutes of yoga.
February 6: 60 minutes (fat burn, cardio, weight training)
February 7: Bruised my rib/muscles. Waiting for it to heal.
February 8: Resting/healing.

February 12: Bad luck this month. I swear... Hurt my neck.
February 13: 40 minutes (Fat burn & Cardio) Got the treadmill up to 5.0!

February 15: 80 minutes (Cardio, Fat Burn, Weight Training) Ran for almost 2 min's at 5.0!

February 17: 60 minutes (Cardio, Yoga) Early Morning at the club. Dancing. 90 minutes.

I've always ended up crapping out on these, so lets see if I can keep with this one. I'm gonna make it simple for myself and just count all exercise as one, and make it 1000 minutes:
My goal is 1000 minutes! Yesterday I started the C25K challenge so by February I will be in my 2nd week. I will also continue my Turbo Jams weight lifting dvd.

I'm going for 1200 minutes of cardio and/or weights! 60 minutes a day 5 days a week. Our new home gym should be nicely broken in by the end of this week!
February 1: 60 minutes...30 cardio, 30 weights
February 2: 60 minutes...3 10 minute quick fix (a full body, an ab and a thigh) and 30 weights
February 5: 60 minutes...40 cardio, 20 weights
February 6: 60 minutes walking
February 7: 45 minutes...I'll make up for the 15 short...walking and floor mat work (crunches and stuff)
February 8: 60 minutes weights, including good warm up and cool down stretch sessions
February 9: 60 minutes...30 cardio, 30 weights
February 12: 40 minutes...30 minute walk and 10 weights
February 13: 70 minutes...40 calistenics/cardio mix thing, 30 weights
February 14: 120 minutes...shovelling snow...I count this because doing anything else today, I won't move tomorrow
February 15: 105 min...70 shovelling snow/breaking ice, 10 kick boxing (first time so I found a short one) 20 cardio
February 16: 45 minutes...walking running errands
February 19: 60 minutes...walking
February 20: 60 minutes...20 cardio, 40 weights
