Yeah, I'm thinking it might be a tad aggressive since I usually lose 1-2 pounds a week. I'm kind of afraid I'll have a maintain or even a gain this week because I have so much junk going on I didn't get to work out yesterday and I won't today either, plus I ate cheesecake last night and I plan to treat myself a bit this weekend when my husband takes me out for my birthday. Sure I should order something light, and maybe I will, but I kind of think I'm due for a treat or two. As long as I get back on track when I'm not doing the treat thing (today, for example, I'm back on plan).
I don't know...I think I'll keep the goal and reassess in the middle of January. I'm perfectly ok with hitting 199 in March, or April, or May...as long as I hit it!!
