Just scroll down on the main 100 pound club page and find the thread called: "Shake Your Groove Thing"
There you can post your weekly exercise, in much the same fashion as the "Weekly Weigh In" thread and also, there is the "Weekly Journal Buddy" thread, where you can post everything you eat...for accountability and constructive criticism...and of course..our world renowned support
