New here...with a question.
I'm new to the site...I signed up after lurking for a day or so...Everyone seems so supportive. I love that this site has weekly weigh-ins. I need that accountability! Is there anything like this for exercise as well?
I just seriously started this weight loss journey and am focusing on calories (through the Hilton Head Metabolism Diet) and exercise. My main battle is eating out of boredom or when food beckons me to the kitchen. Christine 236/234/mini goal 215/132 |

You don't even need to leave the 100 pound club for exercise accountability. Just scroll down on the main 100 pound club page and find the thread called: "Shake Your Groove Thing" There you can post your weekly exercise, in much the same fashion as the "Weekly Weigh In" thread and also, there is the "Weekly Journal Buddy" thread, where you can post everything you eat...for accountability and constructive criticism...and of course..our world renowned support ;) Make yourself at home..you'll love it here :) :hug: Linda |
