Hi all. Haven't been around for many weeks/months. I still seem to keep losing/gaining the same 5-10 lbs. I turned 40 on Easter and was more fussed for a month or so before than I thought I'd be. 1 week later, turns out I'm still me... Guess I'd better pull up my socks and get serious. I think part of the trouble was I told myself a couple years ago after my last babe that I wasn't going to greet a new decade in this shape. I had to beat myself up. I'm done now. I'm still trying to figure out what will work for me.

Hope those of you that remember me are doing well. Can't wait to get to know all the others.

Of course I remember you. Welcome back It doesn't seem like it has been all that long. Last year my birthday was on Easter and it has been a WONDERFUL year. Wishing the same for you.

Hi Sherri -- I turned 40 in February!

Here's my goal: be fitter at 50 than I was when I turned 40.
I had already lost a lot of weight by then, but was still just about morbidly obese, so I think that at 50 there's a lot of wiggle room for me to be in better shape than that!

Maybe you can join me in this long term goal!
