You know Jessica oh Goddess one, I think that's the problem. I haven't really got into my head that I have lost 63lbs!!! I think coz I'm not at goal, my brainthinks i haven't achieved anything, and slips into defensive mode.
Well to dickens with that!!! I have achieved something, and I gotta remember that. As usual in these situations the problem isn't really those around me, the problem is with me!
