Why I choose to participate on 3FC? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

When I first started to visit 3FC forum, I wasn’t sure if I were to participate. What would I do among a vast majority of ladies; and only a handful of guys…..?

Why would I go there? I already participate in another forum, where there is a majority of guys; discussing only what’s important: stats, stats and then again stats….leaving aside what’s not important: why do we overeat; what are our fears and hopes…no those issues are not important….

But wait a minute, maybe they are important!!! and maybe an input from the ladies side could help me a lot..

In fact, you helped me a lot in my weight loss journey……

This is March 8; international women’s day in this is my mark of appreciation to you ladies from the 3FC.

I know for me, I have learnt as much from you, Howie, Slimmingsi, Charles and the other blokes as much as you have learnt from us.

I'm really grateful for the diverse mix that is 3FC.

Even if I wish Quebec becomes a country someday; working in a multicultural environment for 5 years now I learned to accept differences and now tend to take distances from hardliners narrow minded separatists…..That said I usually avoid speaking of politics on a weight loss forum!!!
