1/2 the man ...
I have to post about this. I went for my weigh in today - and I hit another milestone on my road to fitness. I have now lost as much as I still weigh. I weighted in at 281 - bringing my total weight loss to date to 281!
I hope everyone has a great week!

What a great accomplishment, Charles. Brim with pride! How many people can state that about themselves? There's a great song you remind me of now by Stone Temple Pilots called Creep and he sings: "I'm half the man I used to be." But I'm sure Scott Weiland didn't write that literally, but it is literal for you. Congratulations!!
