My commitment is to get in a minimum of 30 minutes brisk walking (or equivalent) Mon, Weds, Fri, and 30 minutes strength training Tues, Thurs, Sat.

I started on Tuesday, and I've had 2 sessions of ST and walked for 105 minutes.

It was a lot of work today but I got 3.5 miles in today. I subbed in a regular ed room today. At the teacher plan and lunch time I did laps around the desks.
