It was a lot of work today but I got 3.5 miles in today. I subbed in a regular ed room today. At the teacher plan and lunch time I did laps around the desks.
I swum a mile this morning, and had a chat to one of the gym instructors who has convinced me to give weight training a go this afternoon, dodgy ankle or not!
I kind of fell away from this thread by the end of last week. but im going to get my exercise in today and keep trying to get in the habit of doing this!
