Ok, so at the risk of being just COMPLETELY annoying -- please forgive me!
-- I am giving another update to my loss! After weighing myself (in disbelief) no less than 6 times this morning, 5 of the 6 times I was 227, and the 6th time I was 228. So I've decided to err on the side of conservatism (an activity COMPLETELY out of character for me!
) and go with the 228. I'm thinking it's looking like it's going to go down further before next week's weigh-in thread, so I'm going to hold off from here on out, and spare you all the daily blow-by-blow on Sarah's weight!
I'm not sure why I started doing that -- just excited, I guess!
It seems that cutting calories a bit and upping the exercise is working!
Now THERE'S a concept in weight loss, eh?
So I think it's 227, but I'm going officially with 228. For the rest of the week, I'll just update my sig if there are any further changes....
