Sarah it is not official yet but it will be Thursday. I went back to check today just to see if I was seeing right yesterday and it said a 6lb loss. So we will see what Thursday brings but it's looking good.

Congrats to everyone for sticking with it! Congrats to the losers for their weight loss!

As for me, I lost another 2 lbs last week. I skipped one of my work out days last week so I got in 4 workouts but was really good about my food so it paid off. My total stats are below.

I miss checking the posts at work everyday like I used to. I still can't believe that my work has decided that I can't access the boards here anymore. I miss reading everyone's posts but I'm glad that I can still get on now and then.

Talk to you all soon and keep up the great work!

I've lost 2 more lbs. Last couples weeks was tom (damn losing weight messing with my hormones) and I had shown a slight gain from 318 to 320 but then today I weighed and I'm down to 316. I'm pretty excited, 2 more lbs and I will have lost 50 lbs from my highest weight although it has taken me 5 years since my highest

Talking More loss!!

Ok, so at the risk of being just COMPLETELY annoying -- please forgive me! -- I am giving another update to my loss! After weighing myself (in disbelief) no less than 6 times this morning, 5 of the 6 times I was 227, and the 6th time I was 228. So I've decided to err on the side of conservatism (an activity COMPLETELY out of character for me! ) and go with the 228. I'm thinking it's looking like it's going to go down further before next week's weigh-in thread, so I'm going to hold off from here on out, and spare you all the daily blow-by-blow on Sarah's weight! I'm not sure why I started doing that -- just excited, I guess! It seems that cutting calories a bit and upping the exercise is working! Now THERE'S a concept in weight loss, eh?

So I think it's 227, but I'm going officially with 228. For the rest of the week, I'll just update my sig if there are any further changes.... Sorry if I'm being a pain!

Sarah- That is totally awesome. You are doing so well!! I am so proud of you. You are totally catching me.. I better look out!!

I wish I could say that things are going that well with me but low and behold.. I think that 3 lbs loss seeming to take me out of my plateau phase was a hoax! I got on the scale this morning (I am finishing up TOM though and I started exercising hard core again) and I right back to the magic number of 162. (Unofficially since I missed weigh in.) Maybe its muscle gain. I have to be losing inches since I got in a size 10. Maybe the weight is just shifting?

WHO KNOWS!

I started a new supplement today. Lean System 7. It has a lot of citrus extract and other ingredients. I don't feel jittery or anything so I know the caffene must be pretty low! I think its all psychological with me and supplements. For some reason, when taking "something" I just feel so much more "OP" and since now that I know how to do maintenance (ha ha) I am ready to get rid of these final lbs and get back to losing. I am praying that it was muscle weight gain and water retention. I weigh in officially on Sunday. I will report-- good or bad. I am going for it! I feel totally great! Which reminds me.. I should post a progress pic.. Look for it on the thread!

Whew.. see that's what happens when you don't get a chance to post... It all comes out with one breath! Sorry for the long winded post.

You guys are doing so awesome.. I am so proud of us!!
