Question Have You Peeked @ The Scale?
For everyone doing the October 'Whip The Scale Challenge' - The month is half over! Have you cheated and peeked?

I have not peeked once yet! I even have the scale on my bathroom floor! (Crazy!) Good luck everyone... only 15 days left to go!

Wink O.K I'll fess up!!
I'm sorry Apryl but I had a quick peek today!

The reason is that I've just got over a terrible 2 weeks of complete overeating - I lost the plot when I got PMS and ate EVERYTHING that I normally stay away from!

So I really wanted to check out what damage I have done - and it's not too bad actually - after 3 days of exercise and being back on programme it looks like I've only gained 1lb!

I am really pleased as it felt like I had gained about 7lbs.

So now I am happy to get back on with it and can still expect a loss when I weigh in on the 31st.

See you on Halloween to share our scary stories!

I am looking forward to measuring on the 28th, despite my stuggles with food the pants of meter is better. THE POWER OF WEIGHTLIFTING!

I went to the dr on the 9th & got weighed. I told the nurse NO, but she just laughed & made me get on it.
