The reason is that I've just got over a terrible 2 weeks of complete overeating - I lost the plot when I got PMS and ate EVERYTHING that I normally stay away from!
So I really wanted to check out what damage I have done - and it's not too bad actually - after 3 days of exercise and being back on programme it looks like I've only gained 1lb!
I am really pleased as it felt like I had gained about 7lbs.
So now I am happy to get back on with it and can still expect a loss when I weigh in on the 31st.
