Hi all. I regained some weight I took off last year. My pants and jog bras feel too tight currently. Honestly, I feel like a stuffed sausage with the added weight gain. I sleep more and it is harder to move around. I want to lose 120 lbs. I am changing my focus...
So instead of being obsessive with calories, maintaining a calorie deficit, my focus this year is getting stronger and healthier. My intention in 2025 is on building discipline with focus.

I attended an inpatient/ outpatient ED Clinic for my Binge Eating Disorder. Just trying to find a new normal with the food.
