Monday - ? (maybe nothing -- I've been fighting a sinus infection for a couple of weeks [finally gave in and started on antibiotics on Friday] and it's totally kicking my butt

Tuesday - 30 minutes aerobics (Leslie Sansone 2 Mile Walk)
Wednesday - 25 minutes aerobics (aerobic portion of Great Changes video), 20 minutes yoga (yoga for women)
Thursday - 30 minutes aerobics (macarena workout), 20 minutes toning (bone-building, body-shaping)
Friday - 30 minutes aerobics (Tamilee Webb Motown Moves)
