It's okay I am back here, too. So you're not alone.
We can do this!

I just weighed and got the same weight I had a year ago. 284. However, I think it's a few pounds off since it's on carpet because my weight is always higher when I go to the doctor. I just weighed on a hard floor and got 288, so I'll use that.

You've passed me. I got sick and bounced up to 298 and have been stuck there for a few days. Keep it up and the scale will pay off.

Hi everyone I'm joining in, after starting at 316.8 lbs back in late November/2019, I'm finally 289.3 lbs, trying to break into the 270's next. I spent such a long time in the 300's and 290's I hope my body moves quickly through these 280's.

297 today. I've been stuck at pretty much the same weight for the past week. I'm trying not to let myself get discouraged. I really hope that I see a drop soon.

Just here to send you some encouragement. I started at 300 originally and made it down as far as 188 before losing focus and regaining a lot of it. Been back on track for about 9 months and am back down to 202 now. You can do this!!!
