I didn't weigh in all weekend. Not great food choices, not enough water, combined with being sick. Not a great combination. In any case, overall gain of 1 lb this weekend, weighing in at 195.6.
Happy Tuesday ladies! Been absent from here as usual, it makes me so angry! I love checking in and keeping up with you guys, I hate that life gets in the way of that. Still maintaining - which isn't the plan, the plan is to lose! Ugh.

I've been working too much, exercising too little, checking in here not at all, eating relatively poorly, and am close to not wanting to be my own friend! I am not happy with myself.
I will read and catch up later, but for now, I'm going to go on the treadmill right away, eat well for the rest of the night, and check back in again tomorrow.

I seriously feel like I've started and restarted about 100 times at this point. I'm done with the stopping. If I mess up, I didn't "stop" I just stood still for a second. Paleo has the water weight draining right now which is nice. 3.8 lbs in a day, lovely!
