Ugh. I caught my sister's cold. So depending on when it decides to lighten up, I might not be working out for a couple days. I also am trying really hard not to eat all of the crap I want to eat because it will soothe my throat.

Rennie ~ Can I get this one http://www.amazon.com/Pedusa-Tri-Axi...eywords=fitbit By the way Im dont like plain water so drinking 24oz twice is alot for me so I think Im doing good.

I walked after we got home from dinner but I still have 21 mins left to do which I will do before bed. I'll be sure to walk 2 times Friday when Im homefor the day if not 3 times that day but my younger brother and his girlfriend and their child are moving in tomorrow so Im not sure how many walks I can get in because my younger brother and his girlfriend like watching t.v but maybe they'll be able to get t.v downstairs where they will be staying so that way I can still walk when I need too. Im not saying they have to always stay down stairs but that's where they're stuff is gonna be at but if they spend most of their time upstairs thats okay too, It is gonna start getting nicer outside so I'll just go outside more and walk, That way I can still do my walks no matter what.

Terra, I'd just check the reviews on the pedometer that you choose On the water ... you do what you can do, what works for you. I use to drink so much soda it was crazy but now I prefer water and the benefits are great, but that's just me I'm sure you will figure out your walks, enjoy your family

Rennie, congrats on the new low! That's awesome! I am going to start weighing again on Saturday (start of the month). I know I'm higher than I was at the end of January but with this crazy month, I'm just glad to be back and getting on plan.

xRiot, Hope you feel better soon!

Terra, let me know what you choose. I have a friend who has done well with the Fit Bit so I'm interested to see what else is out there to compare.

Kukkie, good job on the water! Man, moving in a month? Is it a long distance move? You stay so busy girl!

ushotmedown, glad the new meds aren't affecting you!

As for me, I have been eating on plan fairly well this week. There was one night I had pizza (Monday night) but that was due to low energy, exhausted, and no will power. The rest of the days I ate yogurt/soup/sandwich so it could have been healthier, but I'm working on 100% on plan/exercise next week!

I'll only get one walk in today and that will be this evening but I'll be sure to walk 2 times tomorrow when Im home for the day if not 3 times that day

Thanks akelly it's funny to hear the busiest, traveling-est person I know say someone is busy. Oh my, I don't know how you do it I told you years ago and I'll tell you now ... my hat is off to you for even staying close to on point. I'm happy for you when I hear you are getting to spend some time at home I think I could have done better this month than I did. I loss focus more than I had it. I am so trying to keep the faith and not allow life to tear me down but I will admit some days the thought is just a thought because it is surely not done We will commit to next month and we will make it through with a loss. I'm gonna aim for 1.5 per week and say no carbs again like I did in January that I can do it and to get and keep focus ALL IN?????? oh and I can't forget the water

Terra I'm recommending that you read the reviews because I have had several pedometers that clipped to your waist and they give inaccurate results. They pick up steps that you haven't taken and that defeats the purpose. Those pedometers also have not cost me a lot of money either.

I was up today to 166.6 only .4 up from yesterday. I stayed up watching television with my husband last night for a bit after he got home and I've been tired all day. I have to get up at 5:30am with the boys so getting only 5 hours of sleep is horrible in my opinion. I will do better today for sure

@Terra I'm with Rennie on this one, gotta check the reviews! I had the same experience with a pedometer; mine told me I was talking some 15k steps a day without even trying. Like Rennie said, totally pointless when it's not accurate, so be choosy!

@akelly - I never regret good pizza! hehe

Thanks for the well wishes guys.

Rennie ~ So the more expensive ones are more accurate?

xRiotGirl ~ I'll be sure to read the reviews thanks for the advice

xRG, good to see you How are you feeling?

Terra, I don't know which ones are more accurate since I have never spent the money on a good quality pedometer. I do plan to treat myself to a fitbit hopefully by my birthday in April. I wanted one for Christmas but didn't have the 100.00 to spend on it. I am very interested in the sleep feature since I know for a fact that if I don't get a certain amount of sleep my weight is off and inaccurate so I do need to get 7-8 hours of sleep. With that said its shower and bedtime

oh I got to the gym did almost 4 miles and I am happy with me. My calories were very high today and not for a good reason so for a good end of the month weigh in tomorrow ... oh and I need to get the March thread up ... will post the link in a few

I'm ending February with a 2.2lbs loss for the month, not what I wanted but better than nothing or a gain

Hope to have a lower number in the morning to start March off right

Rennie ~ I checked the reviews and most of them were good. Will this thread be closed after today? Just curious.
