Good morning ladies!

I am back up to 244.4 today. My kids have been super sick this week and I made poor food choices because it was easier. In hindsight I should have just made a big batch of food and eaten from it all week.

This week I am flying out to see family which I am hoping will not throw me off plan. I am so close to being halfway to my overall goal!!

Hi hi! I feel like I'm never on here anymore but I definitely miss it.

I've been hovering around 240, so definitely on my way to the 230's but it's TOM and I've had a few cheat meals here and there this week but I'm hoping to get down to 235lbs this month.

I hope everyone is doing well today. I've got loads of homework. I'm just taking a mental health break but I've got to get back to it. This semester is looking to be rough but my goal is to stay on track and hopefully be down into the low 220's before summer!

I know when summer hits I'll have some breathing room but the next few months are not going to be exactly smooth sailing, so I'm just trying to stay on the boat! :P

Holy cow! I am so close to saying goodbye to the 240's I can taste it! Weighed myself this morning and saw an all time low 240.8. That is amazing! 230's can't come soon enough!

Welcome to the new thread memember!

And great job to the ladies about to head out to the next thread.

I am not sure of my weight. Avoiding the scale. I went to the doctor for some irregular bleeding and turns out my body is not absorbing the birth control anymore. So we are making some changes to my prescription and for now I get to have an unexpected time of the month.

The cravings and cramping have been more extreme then normal so I caved had some cake over the weekend. Sigh...back on plan today so hopefully by end of week I will be back to normal.

Well I got 239.8 two days in a row. I am going to mosey over to the next decade thread. Hopefully the scale does not jump back up.

Hi everyone! I'm new here and am starting my 2014 weight loss journey. I have a weight loss journey every year lol. I get close to goal then fall off the wagon, then wait until the new year starts to try again. I'm a month late though lol. But at least today is a true start.

I weighed in at 243.00 so hopefully I won't have to hang around the 240's long. Here's to getting out quickly!

Good Morning,

I weighed in at 239.50 this morning! 3.50 pounds since starting yesterday. I should say 3.5 pounds of water lol. Still weight gone! I'm going to stick around this thread for a few days to make sure it sticks because TOM is due in 2 days and I usually gain weight during that time. Off to a good start!
