Hi hi! I feel like I'm never on here anymore but I definitely miss it.
I've been hovering around 240, so definitely on my way to the 230's but it's TOM and I've had a few cheat meals here and there this week but I'm hoping to get down to 235lbs this month.
I hope everyone is doing well today. I've got loads of homework. I'm just taking a mental health break but I've got to get back to it. This semester is looking to be rough but my goal is to stay on track and hopefully be down into the low 220's before summer!
I know when summer hits I'll have some breathing room but the next few months are not going to be exactly smooth sailing, so I'm just trying to stay on the boat! :P
