wow did I need this. I'm struggling with negativity this morning.
*My legs hurt from exercise this morning but I'm grateful that I could do it
*My knee hurts really bad but I'm grateful that it's not to the point where I can't walk yet
*Its going to be another beautiful day weather wise
*I'm grateful that I have a fridge full of fruit and veg and I shouldn't have to struggle with finding something good to eat today.
