Getting in mucho exercise today cleaning out the basement. It has been raining like 90 these past couple of days so haven't really been inspired to walk outdoors. I did some exercise bike riding though. I just need to be more consistant with it.
Just got in a great workout. 25 min exercise bike, 5 min (all I could do) on the rowing machine (kicked my butt!!!!) and about 5 minutes of weights. First time I've done a really good workout in months.
Another good workout today, wow twice in one week, has to be a record!! Did about the same as before but about 10 min of weights this time. Want to increase my time on the rowing machine but woohoo! does it do a number on my legs!
Well today I cleaned my house and one daughters room and am going to get the other daughters done this evening (i'm fighting a horrible headache. And then I'm going to do a "Walk away the lbs" video.
