As a fellow daily weigher and graph lover

I can honestly say that the thing that keeps me going is tracking my most recent low weight. So I'm 192 today? I don't care any more. I know it's water weight. I know it's not a regain. It's a perfectly normal fluctuation, been there, done that, seen it all before on the graph. If your graph starts heading back up over time, sure, do something about that. But! You may have already dropped into the 180s but just not weighed yourself at that particular time of day.
You ARE the most recent lowest weight you got. A few lbs of water hitching along for the ride don't mean a thing! It changes nothing
As you know, you can now look forward to it dropping down again before too long, and when it does, we'll be in the 180s thread to welcome you!
