Now that I am out of the awful habit (for me) to be picking all day and night, I hardly ever have a snack. If I do, it's a protein bar or something like that and usually at the most, once or twice a week.
It's so freeing not to snack anymore if that makes any sense. When I was heavy(ier), I stuffed my face all darn day with empty calories. I'm so glad I snapped out of that and that my meals (5 smaller ones a day) satisfy me and then some.
I can't be trusted with a snack anymore!
