Now that I am out of the awful habit (for me) to be picking all day and night, I hardly ever have a snack. If I do, it's a protein bar or something like that and usually at the most, once or twice a week.

It's so freeing not to snack anymore if that makes any sense. When I was heavy(ier), I stuffed my face all darn day with empty calories. I'm so glad I snapped out of that and that my meals (5 smaller ones a day) satisfy me and then some.

I can't be trusted with a snack anymore!

I used to graze and eat 5 small meals a day. I found I was always hungry or thinking about food, but I pushed through it.

For the past month I've been eating a small breakfast, a large lunch and a small dinner on non-lifting days and on lifting days I eat a large breakfast, a large lunch and a small dinner. This works so much better for me and I haven't needed to snack at all.

I snack every day. I'm on Weight Watchers... I just plan snacks into my day. I'm on 40 points right now.. for three meals that would be 13 points a meal and to me that's a lot to eat all at once. I have a protein shake with almond milk for breakfast (5 pts), a Fiber 1 bar as a morning snack (4 pts) lunch is usually 7-9 points, then I have a greek yogurt in the afternoon (3-4 points), a 10-11 pt dinner, and then a bedtime snack of 4-5 points.
