Thanks! I ended up gaining half a pound for the week, but I'm not letting that stop me! My eating has been about the same so I'm guessing all the extra walking has made me retain water or something.

Hello Ladies. I have been busy and not much has changed here. I am now back again to the low I was almost a week and a half ago. I seem to be doing that. I lose then gain back fast and take a week to get back there. Then lose again. I am retaining so hopefully I will drop again tomorrow.

I would love love love have 50lbs gone by Christmas. I am not sure if I can do it. Especially with all the Christmas cookies around. I was soo tempted with the christmas butter cookie tins at the store last night. Ahhhh I love shortbread and butter cookies.

My plan for friend/teacher gifts is to make caramel/chocolate dipped prezels. Maybe put them in cup from the dollar store. I think I could make a lot for not that much money. They sound yummy to me. Just dip one side. Better than the fudge I used to make. :-)

Yahoo the scale says 221.5 tonight musta been a water weight woosh yay just gotta keep doing great now I'm not eating salt anymore so I wanna see if I see a steady drop now should be interesting couldn't believe it when I seen it on the scale hadda try twice!! Can't wait to see those teens now and hope I still reach my 199 goal by New Years!

Good luck lishar hope u make it I been avoiding the holidays like the plague this year not touching a thing it sucks but I figure next holidays I can have the best one ever and have all my weight off and toned so having a little goodies shouldn't be that big a deal then. The treats for gifts sound great too I'd want one :O

Congrats misti on your loss yay we are gonna be outta here in no time. These threads make it fun like a game wish I woulda found these at my highest weight it helps get the weight off much quicker.

They look really good! I would use dark chocolate except then I would be too tempted to eat them.

I'd use both dark and white and mix them or use white and drizzle over some chocolate stripes to make it look more fancy they look delish!

220.5 today yay maybe tomorrow ill see those teens :O

Last week, I gained 2.5 pounds. This week I lost 3.5 pounds. I'll take it! That puts me under 230. *does a happy dance*

226.4 today. im losing barely any weight now. last week i lost 1.4 lbs which is down from my usual 2 lbs+ and this week ive lost so far 0.4lbs. my week ends on tuesdays so i still got two days but I don't think I will even make it to 1lb this week. I think I am beginning to stall out. I don't know why. Maybe hormones or maybe my body is going through an adjustment phase. Either way this sucks a lot. I am definetly not going to make my 219.8 goal by dec 31st/jan 1st goal like this. I have been beyond perfect on my diet , beyond perfect. So I don't know. I can't have a cheat meal to fix the stall because I have gallstones and that limits the foods I can eat a lottt.

I feel for you Charleaine09. I feel I have stalled too. I have lost zero in the last week. I am even up just under a pound. I am not sure what is going on either. I just keep on plan and hope that it will sort itself out.

Garnet congrats on being under 230. It seemed to take me forever to get past 230.

Going2beskinny great idea. I made chocolate spoons before and dripped white on dark chocolate. Very very easy BTW. Just melt the chocolate in the micro and dip pastics spoons. Let them cool then group them 3/4 and wrap in holiday saran wrap. Perfect teacher/friend gifts. Very inexpensive too. Being a SAHM I am all about the inexpensive. LOL.

after a few weeks of bouncing up and down with the same few pounds, I pushed past 225 and weighed in at 222.4 today! Almost to the 2-teens!
