Hey All, figured I would join in with the thankfulness.
-Survived my TOM week without gaining.
-Got absolutely nothing done over the weekend...and enjoyed every second of it.
-Several weeks ago my partner had a cancer scare, but it turns out she's in the clear. definitely puts things into perspective.
-I'm actually looking forward to my workout today, for the first time in a long time.
-This forum!

++++ a day with nothing on the calendar

+ found my missing glasses - I left them at Church on Sunday

+ Disney finally is eating her new special and $$$ dog food - she has a kidney "issue"

+ planted more green beans in the raised bed yesterday - for an October crop

+ finally got the Mill weekend cash to balance

+ more rain today - still needed

I am thankful that I was given help in this endeavor to lose weight! I could not do it on my own. Now I will get healthy.

* I was able to hike up a mt. yesterday and back down
* That I live in a beautiful place with hidden lakes that if you hike up to them you can see nature at its finest
* my husband who had dinner ready and on the table when I got back from the hike
* ibprofen which is helping me not be as sore as I would have been today had I not had it
* my family who I get to see tonight

I was able to take a bath today. YEAH!! I can now get in and out of a bath.
