Just popping in to say hello. I'm doing ok. Im still up from my goal weight but have started exercising big time. Went to the gym every day whilst on holiday in Florida and joined the gym as soon as home. I'm loving it
Trying to focus on me, my shape and my health. Trying to not get hooked up with the scale as it has destroyed me to see it go up despite being on plan.
Totally rocking my size 8's so will be content for now.
Diana - so sorry that your allergies have been causing you so many problems. Keep the faith - you are one of 3FC's goddesses.
On a - Lovely to see you again. I too have troubles adding in new, but healthy foods- I guess we will have to find what works for us.
