Wow mthrgoos, that's great!
I had cut down to 800 - 900 cal a day and started gaining! My dr told me that I had cut it too low and put my body into starvation mode! He bumped me up to 1200 - 1500 per day. It took 3 weeks of no weight loss/gain but then the weight started coming off again! I wish I could cut it down because a lot of times I have to eat something I don't want just to make the 1200 but I'm afraid the same thing will happen again!

Keep it up, that's super!

1 oz. almonds - 170 cals

PB&J - 225 cals
pretzels - 120 cals

still to come:
1 cup starwberries w/ splenda (50 cals)
ff yougurt (100 cals)
dinner - ??

breakfast:
Honey Nut cereal, 1 cup


Lunch
2 cups Campbell's Tomato Ravioli with Vegetables soup

Dinner

we made "cabbage wraps" they had in them:
Cabbage,
Ground Beef, Lean
canned Corn,
Celery
spaghetti sauce

it was a REALLY low cal day, cuz i am getting back on track!

2 Special K frozen waffles
1 tbl. peanut butter
1 tbl syrup
fat free yogurt


Scotch Broth soup (the whole can)
4 oz chicken
fat-free chocolate pudding cup
artichoke
banana

Subway Club sandwich w/ all the veggies (6")
Skinny Cow fudge bar

total calories 1379

went to 2 aerobics classes, walked my dogs for 20 min, and did 20 min stretching = 449 cals burned

Hopefully this makes up for the two Cadbury eggs I ate yesterday. . .
