I'm grateful to my wonderful husband. He's everything to me and makes it all worthwhile!

I'm grateful to God for getting me through the tough times.

And I'm grateful for getting my head back into the mode of working on my weight loss. When my head's not in the game, I can't seem to make it happen.

I'm grateful for my 1.5 mile walk on the office treadmill during my lunch break.

I've been feeling pretty down lately and I think I need to do this one for me, good therapy hopefully.

I'm grateful for my loving family who takes care of me through thick and thin, now being especially thin, when I don't have the money to live on my own.

I'm grateful for my two dogs, who love me every single time I walk into the room, no matter how crabby I am, or bad I look.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to interview for a better job next week.

Finally, I'm grateful for the hot weather and sunshine long overdue. It makes a gloomy day seem a tiny bit better.

I am grateful for my husband who works his butt off so that I can stay home with our kids.

I am grateful that our town has such a lovely wellness center and that they have programs for reduced fees for lower income families.. without which I would not have access to a gym

I am grateful for the delicious juicy watermelon waiting on me in the fridge for my afternoon snack

+ nice phone call from my son last night - just to chat and see how I was

+ am nearly caught up on Mills tuff and can focus on the report for the AGM next Tuesday

+ managed to help Claire out of an awkward situation

+ had a nice wander through the big grocery store in the city yesterday

+ avocados - my new love!

+ found time to trim the last of the quilts and now ready for binding

+ lettuce, spinach, chard, green onions from my garden

- down three pounds from last Wednesday

- letting go of some things that were causing me frustration

- the little neighbors ran over to show me their t-ball uniforms. I was excited with them!

I'm grateful for my promotion and being able to start my new position next month!

- yesterday was a pretty solid food day - I am so grateful

- increased my exercise and nothing hurts too much

- tried the chicken/berry/almond Wendy's salad - it's tasty. The half salad portion is enough

- my neighbor knocked on my door last night to remind me that this morning is trash day - grateful for nice neighbors

- Rachel's tooth extraction went well. She had no pain the next day!

+ found the error in the CPP reporting - an easy fix

+ enjoyed hand sewing of quilt binding while watching TV last night - relaxing

+ am managing to put more balance into my life between work and play

- Mom's doctor is 'on the case' and will run tests to see about her aches and pains.
