update-250.8 this morning. its probably lower since i didnt weigh in at my normal time. one more lb. hope to get it in a few days.

Well it appears I may be leaving all you nice folks. Friday morning my official weigh in was 249.4! I will wait a few days and make sure before I move to the next thread down the hill!

I am so tired of being in the 250's I want to scream!!!

I have:

Doubled my water (I'm spending way too much time in the bathroom!)

Started consuming most of my calories prior to 6:00 PM, making lunch my main meal, only eating veggies for dinner.

Started rapid walking everyday for at least 30 minutes up to an hour

Watching very carefully the types of food I'm eating (been tracking every bite for a long time)

Doing twice as much Wii Fit

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO????

Hey ladies, you guys still use this thread? I did a search for a 250s group, and this is the latest one I could find! I was a member here awhile back, but wanted to start completely fresh, so I made a new account. My old one was all bogged down with gain-and-loss rollercoasters. Now, I'd just like to go back down and stay there...haha.

Was down to 225 from 267, but got myself back up to 258 this morning. Was a wakeup call to be that close to the 260s again. With that being said, it's time to get the heck out of the 250s...in the opposite direction I've been heading! 240s here we come!
