Congrats!!! I weighted in at 251.4 today so I don't think I'll make it this week (official weigh day is Sunday) but I expect to make it there next week!

250.0 this morning! YAY :)

I'm sticking around here for another week. I weighed myself about 6 times because it's hard to believe I lost 4 lbs this week and the other weights were like 249.8, 249.6, it even said 249.2! I think I just had a good day yesterday without much salt and that 250 is closer to my "true" weight. We are going out to eat tonight so I'm sure the salt will have me show a gain tomorrow.

Hoping for 248 next week!

Scale hasn't been moving much since Sunday when I weighed in at 250.0. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I bounced around 249. Hoping to be 248 on Sunday!

Another day at 249... I had such a good day yesterday... just have to have faith that the weight will come off eventually, although it better be by Sunday!

Underwater: I can't stand when I get stuck on the same weight for days! Keep the faith and it will go down.
today I am at 256.6. Taking the slow scenic route but at least I am going down the hill instead of up. Wish it was warmer outside so I could do some walking. This weekend it might be nicer andmaybe I can do that.

NOTHING wrong with slow and steady. I believe that research shows people who lose weight slower are more likely to keep it off. Just think about the weight you'd be gaining if you weren't watching what you ate... that makes maintaining or a slow loss look great!

Well, tonight I finally cracked. We went out to eat and I had crab legs with BUTTER putting my total calorie count for the day around 1500 instead of my usual 1200. Oh, how ironic would it be if I woke up tomorrow at 247 or something.

I understand that 300 calories is not even a tenth of a pound, but I still feel kind of guilty... I got a great performance review at work today so we wanted to go out to eat. I avoided the fried shrimp by opting for the crab legs, but of course I needed to eat them with butter... and half a baked potato :(

Finally saw 248 today... 248.6. Have a great day on-plan day so far and concentrating on no sodium haha :)

Tonight we are also going out to dinner. We're going with some friends so I don't have all the control over where we go. However, I am hoping for somewhere when I can just get a steak or grilled chicken with a salad. Those meals seem to work for me.

Is is greedy of me to hope to 247 tomorrow? My goal for the week (ends tomorrow) was 248.0. Hoping to get there, but considering I weighed in at 249 every day from Monday-Friday this week, not super confident about it.

I hope everyone's weekend is going well. I had Friday off but I'm working today. My birthday is less than 2 weeks away :)

Good job on already getting out of the 250's club! I'm at 251(.8, sigh), although I was bad on vacation this week so I'm probably going to be stuck in the 250's for another week :o

257 today. Back up a tiny amount. My son wanted me to buy doritos and who ate them--ME. Damn you doritos! Not even my favorite flavor but ate them because they were there. I will not eat them any more.
