Well I'm still stuck at 259...but I kind of expected it. For some reason I only lose weight the week before my TOM. I usually drop about 8 pounds. Since I just got off it's going to be a couple weeks before I get out of the 250's. Hopefully I will join all of you in the 240's thread next month. Save me a spot! :)

Well I wrote before I weighed myself this morning and I actually weigh 257.8 now. Thank god! I honestly thought I was going to be stuck at 259 for a couple of weeks.

259.0 today. So excited to get out of the 260s. Been there for so long thought I would never get out. So glad to join you, although many of you seem to be moving on so fast. I am one of the slower ones so I may be here for a while. I seem to go up and down 1-2 lbs all the time so hopefully I will be going in the downward direction since I am so excited to keep the momentum going.

257.4 today. So excited! Even passed by having a calzone my hubby bought for me and some entenmanns cheese danish last nite. Can't wait for the number to keep going down.

I had my 10 lbs celebration dinner Monday night at a great restaurant and still stayed on plan. Had an 8 oz steak and asparagus. Last time I went to the same place I also had a salad, potatoes, and dessert!

Tuesday morning I woke up +.8 from the day before, but I did eat a lot at dinner, so that is probably why. Tuesday was a great day and today I'm down 2 entire lbs from the day before. 252.8! But I'm not convinced it will stick around so I am going to wait another day or 2 to update my tracker. Am hoping to be 252 by Sunday to keep me working toward my goal :)

Hello! I'm working through the 250's too! I started last week at 258 and am now at 255!

Good morning! I forgot to weigh so I'll have to do it when I get home.

*First, I can't wait until my 20 day probation is over. I really want a ticker!

*Second, my friends and I are having girls night dinner tomorow night and we're going to a local place called Wine Country. It's a "fine dining" type place. I doubt there's any nutritional information available and of course there's not a "lite" section on the menu.

I see there's a pan seared chicken brest with broccolini and truffeled mac & cheese. Do I just eat what I want and enjoy it and not worry? How do you guys handle these types of situations?

I've done ok this week; average net calories (including exercise) is at 1,060 for Mon-Thurs. I blew it last weeend and don't want to get in the habit of blowing it every weekend.

Jbailey, I order something I really want, eat half and don't take leftovers home. Also, I avoid more than one alcoholic beverage.

Hi JB :)

If I was in your situation, I would have them sub the mac & cheese for either rice or a baked potato. That or I'd take 2 bites of the macaroni if you are really good with control.

I have an announcement! My scale read 250.8 today! I don't really believe that number will stick around to see tomorrow, but it looks very promising that I will make my goal of 252 for the week. I official weigh on Sunday, but it's a light at the end of the 250's tunnel!

258.4 today. Back up a little but it will go down again. Welcoming the snow and staying inside today.
