I'm following a low carb diet and opted to make bacon and egg, with some mushrooms for my evening meal .
I bought a pack of free-range bacon with 6 rashers in it. Technically, all my low carb reading tells me I could have eaten all of them, and still been on plan. Also, in years gone by 6 rashers would have been no more than an appetizer to the main event! but this time I looked at the pack, thought, "That looks a lot. I think I'll have half." and I did.
I exercised self-control!

Fortunately, I'm Way too lazy to go and cook the other half!
