Portion control NSV!
I'm following a low carb diet and opted to make bacon and egg, with some mushrooms for my evening meal .
I bought a pack of free-range bacon with 6 rashers in it. Technically, all my low carb reading tells me I could have eaten all of them, and still been on plan. Also, in years gone by 6 rashers would have been no more than an appetizer to the main event! but this time I looked at the pack, thought, "That looks a lot. I think I'll have half." and I did. I exercised self-control!:carrot: Fortunately, I'm Way too lazy to go and cook the other half!:smug: |

good one on the portion control! and also well done on the free range!! (I'm veggie, so I like it when people but free range :) )

3CM - that's my only gripe with low carb - I can't eat low-cost, high-fat things like cheese (disasterous internal results!!! ) and I Won't eat caged poultry or animals. Free-range can be so expensive, that it's its own portion control!
