Jami - I never really got into any seafood, or even fish for that matter, just a mind block perhaps! And yes, I agree, we can find something else if it all works out!
Rennie - I'm sure it's tons of carbs, because other than the flax seeds, it's all carbs. With 2 fruits I don't think you could do it

WI will be better tomorrow I'm sure, I'm definitely "cleansing" my system today, which is both amazingly unpleasant and satisfying!
Angie - I'm not entirely sure about the embarrassing part, I embarrass TOO easily, but I definitely need their advice! My friends are making comments on how I dress - I guess I'm too casual? The one (nice!) friend says I'm sporty casual, I live in lululemon's & flipflops in the summer. But I'm trying to add some different things too. I was always pretty into sports when I was younger, so it just kinda made sense!
Diana - feeling bloated is the worst, we need a little icon for it on here I think! I'm feeling a little puffy myself this evening.
Alright, I have a TMI moment. I had my green smoothie for breakfast, cauliflower and broccoli with my lunch, and then a salad with my dinner. But something in there isn't agreeing with me, I've been in the washroom all fricking day! It started after my lunch. I know I've added a lot more fiber than I normally have - but is this a normal reaction?? My stomach is just in knots and a little cramping too! Now I'm scared to have another green smoothie, normally they just help keep me regular!
