fyre, drink lots of water, and make sure you listen to your body--you may be eating too little on the days you're working out. You're also likely holding water because of sore muscles from working out, but that's a good thing, it means you're strengthening and toning. (And yes, the solution really is to drink more water, even when you're retaining it ) You can do this, just hang on--you're so close!
Thank you! I tried to up my water intake yesterday but it was later in the day as I was running all over the place so I think it kinda backfired in the short term. I'm going to do some calorie cycling this week and be diligent about water and cross my fingers!
214.8 today. Thought it would be a little lower, but I didn't do the best this weekend. I was so busy, I didn't end up getting everything in and I ended up eating 1 small bran cookie, which isn't on plan, but I'm not beating myself up about it. Still managed to lose a bit this week. Last Monday I was 217.3 and that was one week ago.

This morning I was up from 209 to 212...good ol' TOM, how nice of him to announce his impending arrival . I am hoping this means a great big giant whoosh at the end!!!
Earlier this week, I saw 200 on the scale. It wasn't an official weigh in day, and I thought it may have been a fluke since I just hit my 203 mini goal last week. However, I had a huge whoosh and I made it--

yay the scale budged! after I eat it jumps about three pounds...wth? I'm tired....and going back to bed.
the scale moves after you eat or drink anything because it will include the phsyical weight of that food and beverage. That doesn't mean it will turn into weight on your body but if you took a gallon of water, it weighs about 8 lbs on the scale. So if you drink a couple of glasses of water, that's going to show up as a pound on the scale, until your body has time to process it.
It's usually best to weigh first thing in the morning, right after using the restroom.
