Not sure where I left off, but I'm doing to start from this page

Vixsin -- I'm so envious of your sleep...I'm hoping for the same tonight. I woke up early this morning and had trouble getting back to sleep. I've also increased my calories a bit...I'm going with a range of 1400-1700, but hoping to average out around 1500 per day, it seems to be working better than anything else I've tried recently. I hope you'll see some success too.

Roxy -- I know the dreaded sodium! I think I'll be able to get veggie pizza, so at least its not as bad as pepperoni or sausage. I'm so stoked for my long weekend! I'm glad the new plan is working for you.

Shylah -- Congrats on your 1.5 whoosh! Thanks, I'm really looking forward to the outing tomorrow.

Jami -- I used to weigh weekly too...ages ago, and I don't know how I did it either...sometimes I can barely stand to wait 24 hours (and often, I don't).

Kris -- Hang in there baby!

Mandy -- Hey, great site, I'm going to try desk pilates too (although I don't have a good reason like an injury, but I think it will be great for when I just don't want to drag my butt off the couch!)

Diana -- I think it had to be delayed sodium...everything else has been on track for several days. Even today my sodium was only 1700mg, but I feel puffy and tight. I think it might have something to do with the humidity we have today and had yesterday.

Ona -- Go Nadal!! Congrats on your .6 today

Rennie --

Good Morning and TGIF! Another early Friday for me. I have to get up early every other Friday. I hope you have a fantastic Friday and even better weekend!

Someone please tell me what's wrong with my TTOM? The last couple of months it has been great. Not like my normal, never ending TTOM's. I was thinking that things were improving in that dept. I had noticed the last couple of days that I've had some breast tenderness and I felt crampy like it was going to start. It's not suppose to start for at least 1 1/2 weeks. Guess who showed up last night? It damn sure wasn't the Tooth Fairy, Santa Clause, or the Easter Bunny! Yep, you got it! TTOM

I ate a few extra calories yesterday. It was all DH's fault he bought "us" a Frozen Peach Mango Yogurt thingy. "Us" didn't eat it! I ate it! Ok, I don't do that stuff because of the carbs, calories, and sugars! I was shocked when I looked up the calories. It was 400 calories! I kept my dinner a little lower to try to make up for it.

Calories for yesterday: 1630 +

Weigh In: 143.8

Down: .4

No change today. I think there would have been without the spicy salmon roll for lunch yesterday, my rings are really tight. I'm off to a 4 hour aerobathon. Cross your fingers that I don't die!

Diana -- You've entered some sort of weightloss twilight zone. Sure, you have to have extra TOM's, BUT, you get to eat peachy mango yummy things and still lose weight. It might be worth it

I stayed the same today. Was on plan yesterday so no worries. Today is our amusement park day, breakfast happened as planned, I already logged a slice of pizza for lunch and I"ll still have 800 calories to go even without counting the exercise...maybe I can fit a peachy something or other in too! The plan is -- if I'm going to have a treat, I'll try to make it something high in sugar/carbs rather than sodium...see if I can keep my number that way. Thank God they don't sell corndogs at this place -- they are like kryptonite to me.

For fun I'm going to wear my nike+ shoes so I can track the distance we cover walking today.

Today was Maddox's turn to walk with me. I was running late, and Maddox's attention span isn't as good as Micah's, so we were only able to go one mile. Maddox loved riding in the "car" stroller. I can't believe he's gonna be one on Sunday. The time has gone so quickly. I am so blessed by my M&M guys.

Absolutely THRILLED this morning! While I didn't exercise, wasn't drinking enough water, and didn't track - I did feel like I was being very conscientious when making food choices and here's the proof! Gained less than 1lb while I was away...I'LL TAKE IT! And now, I'm back OP 100% and ready to push hard to the end of this month. My goal is to reach 10 lbs lost by the 30th and I BELIEVE I can do it!

It was so great to finally be back home last night but the best part was at the airport. I'm coming down the escalators and see my DH and DS across the lobby. My DS rips his hand out of DH's grip and runs full speed across the lobby smiling and laughing...and right into my arms! I had big ol' tears in my eyes and so did he. He immediately just smashed his face against mine like he just couldn't get close enough to me! My oh my...my cup runneth over!

My mom, DS, and I will head to my aunt's today to celebrate my gram's birthday and help with her yard sale. But my main goal is to give DH some personal time. Not only is he a stay home Dad but after two weeks on the road and another with just him and DS...I'm sure he'll appreciate some of his very own "me" time.

Kris -- GREAT JOB! "M&M boys"...such a cute nickname for your pair of cuties!

Mandy -- GREAT JOB! Amazing how wonderful you doing, especially with having all that ankel pain. And WTG findinging something you can do at your desk in the mean time!

Vixsin -- Great job taking a step back and re-evaluating! I'm always amazed when watching you verteran losers do that. Not only is it clearly good for you, but the rest of us newbies learn a lot from watching it too!

Diana -- Yea, doppleganger is a REALLY funny word. I saw my mom's the other day in a fly fishing magazine! LOL. I get delayed sodium reactions too. My gains are always show up two WIs after consumption. And thanks for your support Diana. I really appreciate it! I can't believe TTOM is giving you such a hard time. What's his problem?!?! Mind is literally due like any second, I actually expected to start last night...

Ona -- Thanks for your support. It really mean a lot! And BIG CONGRATS to you for breaking 186!

Rennie -- Maybe type your replies in word and then paste the whole shpeal into 3FC when you're done. At least then, if there's a problem with the post, you'll still have all your thoughts in word. Just an idea... Let's both give a hard push to the end of the month. My goal is to hit 10lbs lost (-3.1lbs) by June 30th and to be 100% OP for the next 7 days!

Angie -- Have a great time today! I had an awesome time my DS doing the same thing last week and yes, I had my "peachy thing" and pizza too. Except my "peachy" treat was actually a powdered sugar funnel cake that me and DS shared. MMMM..... I can't wait to see how far you walked while you were there. I wish I would have paid attention to that when I went.

Kukkie -- Go Kukkie! Go Kukkie!!

I am down .6 today to 188.8. I am super happy with that. I got more great sleep last night. I'm going to try again for that today! I am shooting to get in a run today after work. I am very conscious that I must sleep!

I'll check back in a bit.

Thanks. I've always loved M&Ms . Now, I just love them on a different level - lol. I would really like to get a tattoo of two little M&M guys on my ankle but can't really with my job.

Have a good day with your family celebrating your gram's birthday. Enjoy it.

I hope everyone else has a good day as well. I'm still trying to get back in the swing of things here.

Vix - i love it! makes me want to go get my hair chopped off maybe a visit to a stylist will be my 40lbs lost reward!

this week i didn't exercise at all, but stuck to my calorie limit like glue (i even made curtis eat half of my grilled cheese because the whole thing would have put me over). the scale rewarded me today with loss of 2.2 for the week, to 262.6.... down 1.1 from yesterday, but i've been holding water all week. glad it decided to disappear before my weigh in!

gettin pretty close to time for a new pic, and a new charm! (i haven't actually bought any charms yet, i'm waiting til it's time to add 2 or 3, so they don't look so lonely on my bracelet!) i've also got plans with my mama to go to the salvation army and buy some 'goal' clothes. my size 22/3xl stuff is baggy and loose and falling off of me, so i need to get some 20s and 2xls i think. but i also want to get an outfit in 18s, 16s, and 14s as motivation. all of my current 'goal' clothes fit and i have nothing smaller because this is the smallest i've been as an adult (hello NSV!), but i don't want to spend a ton of money since i don't plan on staying that size forever.

today i just feel really happy with my progress and finally FINALLY feel confident that i can keep this up long term and ultimately reach my goals. probably why i was stalling on the new clothes. i had a habit of it in the past, buying something smaller as motivation, then ignoring it and giving it away without ever wearing it. 37.4 pounds down, 97.6 pounds (less than 100!) to go!

also, copied and pasted from the independence day challenge - this is my weekly progress since i started recording my weight on a regular basis.

3/25 - 291.4
4/1 - 287.9 (-3.5)
4/8 - 284.8 (-3.1) (total 6.6lbs)
4/15 - 282.4 (-2.4) (total 9lbs)
4/22 - 278.2 (-4.2) (total 13.2lbs)
4/29 - 276.9 (-1.3) (total 14.5lbs)
5/6 - 274.5 (-2.4) (total 16.9lbs)
5/13 - 271.8 (-2.7) (total 19.6lbs)
5/20 - 267.9 (-3.9) (total 23.5lbs)
5/27 - 274.6 (+6.7) (total 16.8lbs) (yikes!)
6/3 - 269.8 (-4.8) (total 21.6lbs)
6/10 - 266.5 (-3.3) (total 24.9lbs)
6/17 - 264.8 (-1.7) (total 26.6lbs)
6/24 - 262.6 (-2.2) (total 28.8lbs)
7/1 -

7/4 - 260lbs (2.6 lbs to go!)

Hi everyone!

Down .4 to 185.0...hmmm...After seeing the same #er's over and over all month..I'm kinda numb to whatever the scale reads.

Great job Diana, having a loss after eating that...you're totally in fat burning mode who showed up! thanks

Angie..hope you're having a ball thanks he won the first set but play was canceled cause of rain

Vixsin, love the shorter cut! glad you've been able to get some sleep and lost some fat too..awesome I had another blessing last night.I was talking to friend who happens to own Curves.she said..that she used to walk in the mornings and at night everyday.

She said,She was working so hard and that She couldn't understand why she wasn't losing weight.later on she bought Curves and was studying to learn about the weight management program (that they have there). In doing so,she learned, all that time she was walking and not losing... all she had to do was eat more.

Go Roxy Go!!! 4 hours!!

Jamie, what a lovely scene at the airport hope your gram's has a wonderful birthday ah..yes...time for some TLC for DH! thanks! you're welcome

KuKKie,great job on the .9!

You're doing great Mandy, I'm so happy for you you see what you can do so.. just keep going!!!

MamaP,great job on the .6!!

ok Rennie, get mad and fight for what you want.Capture those thoughts of you wanting to eat junk.Don't let that eating Demon win.He comes to kill your spirits, steal your dreams and destroy your willpower if you let him.You have all the knowledge(tools) to lose weight,a support system and know what to do.Fight that fool and say no more

Aimee, hope your Knee is better and you had fun in Vegas!

Coon

Star,where are you today

Matilda, fight this weekend you've been doing great!!
