Down .4 today to 214.8 -- it's not a lot, but considering this is the first full day of TOM, not too shabby either. I netted very low calories today, about 1100, but I'm so not hungry right now. We spent the day in the sun and despite drinking lots of water I've barely peed, so I think I'm a little dehydrated...still chugging the water now.
Starbrite -- Congratulations on the 1.6
Mandy -- Another great picture! Sorry you had to work so early today...
Diana -- Woohoo, down 2.2!!!
Kukkie -- Hope you enjoyed our beautiful weather today!
Ona -- Good job on your .4 today. The cantaloupe slush sounds delicious, thank you for sharing the recipe.
Shylah -- Here is the recipe...I used breast instead of thigh meat, and subbed ICBINB for the butter, and brown rice instead of jasmine rice...lol...every little bit helps. Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
Good job on your .2
Gale -- I didn't know you were TTC -- good luck!
Roxy -- Congratulations on your 1lb today I aim for 30-40% carbs, not very scientific...I'm going more for the 40% right now as I found I started losing a bit better when I added in more carbs. The trick for me is to not let that lead to even more carbs...lol.
Morning my lovelies
More scale oddities- down 2.2 - take that nasty unwanted lbs of fat
Probably because TOM has finally left, and I didn't get up til 10.30
DS had a fab party- it was wall to wall teenagers, but really nice . Got to meet DD's boyfriends mum - (makes me feel a bit old writing that) but I'm so pleased it's all out in the open and there's no creeping around this time !!
Have a super Sunday-it's Fathers day here so some attention to DH today- my life is one big party
Scale hasn't moved much the past couple of days b/c I haven't been getting in my water. Also, I need to get my butt moving, been really slacking on the exercise (working out, just not very hard). This week will be better, I think I just needed a little break from chicken breast and water... Thanks for all the support!
Down .8 today to 214...still 5.2lbs above my low, but I guess I have to work my way back down -- I had kind of been hoping for a whoosh back to 210 anyway!
Starbrite -- Nice whoosh for you!
Kukkie -- Thanks for the single mom shout out! Congrats on your 1.9 today!
Sunshine -- Congratulations on getting to ONEderland!
Diana -- Looks like you are back to your ideal range again, good work!
Anyone have plans today for father's day? Cameron made a nice card for his dad, but we are having a postal strike here, so no point in sending it right now. We went online and he picked a funny ecard for now. Not sure if we'll see my dad today, he was partying last night and may be a bit too hungover for company today
Down .6 and running late.. started a good post and hit the wrong button had a good jog this morning..and now it seem like i am trying to find somebody to talk to (jog along-side of) me in the last couple of laps after I've prayed my way through 6 laps I went pass 2 miles today cause i was talking yes,I've learned to talk and jog seems like it takes my mind off of the jogging!
Good Morning Diana aww back to your losing ways
Roxy, making it w/honeydew sounds good.I'm gonna make some w/strawberries the next time.Since Mother has a store and sells frozen treats,i made a batch, place them in little cups and frozen them for her.Don't think she'll sell them though..just have them for my DB/DS later.

Sunshine
Great job on the 1.9 KuKKie you are one persistent women and it all will pay off and is
Angie Great job on the .8! I realized Friday that I was also having a small allergic reaction (on top of the Japanese Restaurant and TTOM ). I really hadn't had much of a (TMI alert) BM for a couple of days. Also, my lips were having their usual allergic reaction. Just a FYI the BM and lip reaction are only related by the fact that it's an allergic reaction I get. (I thought that was funny, moving on. . . .) Anyways! Yesterday everything was improving. I think I know where I got food from the allergic reaction, though. I never know for sure because the reaction doesn't show up immediately. I am planning to get tested, soon, for the foods that I am suspicious of. My allergic reactions have really improved since I have avoided the foods in the mustard family. The only problem I seem to be having is that most seasonings, sauces, dressings, have some sort of mustard seed or mustard powder in it. Most manufacturers don't list mustard, they group it under "natural flavors". I haven't had salad dressing since since I've been suspicious of mustard. Last night I served salad and I used a very small amount of dressing. It wasn't a mayo based dressing and it didn't list mustard, either. We'll see if I have a reaction. If I don't I will keep that dressing as a safe one for me to use. Anyways, this whole thing is a very good reason for me to have a weight range to stay in. My range is 145-150. So far, I've been able to stay within that range.
Angie - I don't do scientific. It's all one big experiment anyhow. Thanks. I am working on moving the % down gradually. The last couple days I've come in just under 50%. I don't know if I can go as low as 30%.
Sunshine -
Diana - I don't know whether to hope that it is the mustard so you will have it figured out or to hope that it's not so that it is maybe something that is more easily avoided.
