I am on day 2 of a low carb diet. I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember but I had never tried talking with a doctor until this week... My family dr gave me a very general list for low carb eating and recommended I start Zumba (which I bought the kit for several months ago but it seemed so hard I never really gave it a chance.) So I am ready to see what happens!
