Well I did my weigh in today and I am down 1 lb for the week, but I am retaining water like crazy, so I think my fat loss is more than that. We shall see....
Hey all, I'm currently 254lbs and currently working my way back to (and then below!) 247lbs, which was my low weight a few months ago. My body seems to be pretty content sitting in this weight range, so I could use the support to give it a friendly nudge towards lower numbers!

Been lurking for a while and now I'm joining you here. I've been calorie counting between 1400-1800 daily and bought an exercise bike and try to do 30 minutes at 25 km/h daily.
OMG I really am coming. I peeked at the scale today, and it was 259.8. I am not here, it was not an official weigh in, but I AM coming for you!!!
This is me too - I am not official until Sunday but was 259.2 this morning. I'm on my first week of Dukan (very low carb, esp. this first week), so not unrealistic to think I'll be down another couple by Sunday.
I was going to wait until tomorrow because I am going to use Sundays as my official WI day (I started last Sunday) but with 255.8 on the scale this morning, I am not waiting!!
I am following the Dukan diet, which is a low carb plan (although it does include some oat bran and dairy carbs) so I am having the first week benefits of that and am down 5.2 lbs with 1 day left to go in my first week.
