Red face International Scale is stuck day!
Ok, I made that up, but let's celebrate! The scale is stuck! We have all been there, are there now, or will be there eventually. At least the scale isn't moving in the wrong direction. We are still sweating, planning, counting calories, carb, fat grams, whatever. We are not giving up!

I love this made up holiday I read it and though "I should take the day off then", lol. But decided not to cause then it might turn into the International scale going wrong way day
