02/14/11: GOAL? How low can I go?!
Fitwayoflife: I eat on plan for South Beach (so good carb, good fat) and at about 1500 calories a day (a bit above or below of course depending on the day, but never ever hungry because that means instant failure with dieting for me). I'm also doing strength training (3 days a week P90X strength videos,
http://hundredpushups.com program, and yesterday for the first time ran as I'm about to begin C25K).
It also helps that I'm still quite heavy. My understanding is that you often lose more weight each week when you're very heavy. It will no doubt slow down when I reach more a more moderate weight.
