MAYBE a LITTLE Early....But VALENTINES DAY Challenge? Anyone Up to It?
So I was thinking over this weekend about going forth with my Valentines Day Challenge....I don't give much woop to do about that day but I am going to use it as my "challenge"

I'd be up for some a St. Valentine's Day challenge.
I'll go for 285 by 15 Feb. I'm game! My personal goal is going to reach 232lbs by then. I am going to do my "official" weigh-ins for this challenge on Sundays to keep me accountable over the weekend.

I'm in! I like the challenge of reporting in every week! All my others end at Xmas or end of year, so it'll be good to have a challenge that overlaps them, so I don't get off track...
I'm setting my goal at 216lb -- that's my 25% loss mini-goal! 11/26/10: 242lbs (26lbs to go!) 12/03/10: 240 (24lb to go!) 12/11/10: 237.5 (21.5lb to go!) 12/18/10: 241 (25lb to go! Not gonna make the 216lb goal, but I realized that wasn't gonna happen back in December!! I'm up for it, but I dont want to start till the first of the year. If I can hit my mini goal by January first I can have a realistic goal for Valentines Day- which is my 13year Wedding Anniversary! Yay!

Great idea, I really appreciate having something to project through to, over Christmas and my January trip. It could be tempting otherwise to think O Christmas, I've made it - and lose momentum.
OK, I aimed for 25 by the 25th for Christmas, and hit that last week with 4 weeks to spare. I'm going to aim for another 25 by the 14th, which will be a bit more of an ask, it's a shorter timescale; but nothing ventured, nothing gained. 25lbs off it would take me to 141.9..... wow, only 5.9lbs off normal! 11/29 - 166.9 12/05 12/12 12/19 12/26 01/02 01/09 01/16 (depart for Israel on 19th) 01/27 (back from Israel on 26th) 01/30 02/06 02/13 |
