weighed myself this morning & in the last week I've lost 1.6kg/3.5lb, so I'm pretty happy!!!! This week I'm going to concentrate on portion size - and hopefully with that combined with the rest of my eating/exercise/water, I can lose a decent amount this week too

208.2 this morning. It seems the closer I get to Onederland, the more my body is dragging it's feet. But, as long as it's still creeping down, I'm not complaining!

Congrats Toonses!! Enjoy wonderful Onderland!!

Argh.... I had a big whoosh in the last week -- lost 5 pounds! Now I'm stalling again, I'm betting. Yesterday I was 200.4, this morning 200.8. It seems so cruel for my body to stall here! SOOOOOO close. It's torture!

BacOs - I was stuck at 200 for almost three weeks. It was agony and then I had a big 3 pound weight loss in one week. Go figure....

Default Spring Reveal

You are sooo close Bac0s don't lose focus or drive you can get through this!!

I am so glad I saw this thread this has been the most frustrating part of my weight-loss journey. There are a combination of factors that have me bouncing up and down with my weight for the last 2 months.

1. Not tracking (I'm a ww)

2. Not cooking and stocking my home with healthy options

3. And yes I'm going to blame it on mother nature. Winter is designed to be indoors imo (cold and short days) so I'm not getting as much walking done as I was during the fall.

Remedy- Started tracking, went proper grocery shopping, and I added an extra day of exercise class. Saturday morning Zumba, bringing my 3 year old along, so far so good.

I have made a pact to have a sort of reveal of me for spring, maybe a party of sorts. I have even told people 'I will be revealing myself like a butterfly come spring.' Since I am putting it out there I am determined to fulfill my own prophecy and it is helping to focus my resolve to get to onederland.

I also think that between now and wonderland I am really going to have to reform what I eat. What I was eating before was working for me for 18 months in terms of weight-loss and satisfaction. But oatmeal and Lean Cuisines are not cutting it anymore. Once I get some new favs in line I think I will really begin to see results. Will keep y'all posted, thanks for reading

JennyT I understand how you feel. I'm starting to feel scared, too. I haven't been under 200 since high school, and now I am only 11 lbs away from that. Also, I went on a crash diet in 02' and got down to about 205 and gained it all back (think major falling off the wagon). But the most important thing is to tell my head to shut up and keep doing what I'm doing. So far, its' working!

Yesterday, I was 209.9 and today I was 210.1...

After I posted my 208 low, my body bounced back up to 211.8!! And there I sat for the next week and a half. I was so upset. I was at 211 for an entire month. Thankfully, my plateau seems to have broken (fingers crossed!) and I saw 206.6 this morning.

Almost there, Mcfatty!!

Jenny--I understand it, too. I'm a little scared and a lot excited. I just want to be there already and get it over with!

Bac0s--I'm convinced our bodies are evil and find great delight in torturing us. Hang in there. You WILL make it!!

Lane--Welcome!

Ok, I'm joining in too! I've been bouncing up and down for long enough. The countdown has begun.

Happy me.
