I have been steadily going down everyday this past week. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for the bounce up and the stall lol I'm starting to get the hang of how I lose.
214.6 today!

Good morning ladies I am up a little from my low weight of 218 I wi at 221.6 today which isnt a surprise for me since I tend to lose more during the week. Im hoping to get to 217 or lower this week. Weekends is when I usually gain a little because I dont workout as much but during the week I am at the gym each day. Sooo im hanging in there I hope everyone is doing well I need to see onederland soon!

Great job, everyone!

Feeling a bit frustrated this morning. I've been bouncing around 203/204 for over a week now. I'm sooooo close. I feel like I'm in one of those bad dreams where you run and run, but don't get anywhere.

We can do this!! Onderland is waiting for us just over the next hill. We'll get there!!

Ugh. I was there for WEEKS. You'll get there! (Now I'm stalled again, but at least it's *just* under 200, lol.)

I wi at 219.2 today trying to surpass my low of 218.8. its so much harder to lose as you get below 220 lol at least thats how i feel.

Shells just hang in there stay on play u will get there!!!
