Good night! I have been bouncing between the same 2 lbs since December 14th!

It's not a plateau, it's not something conspiring against me, it's just sheer, unadulterated laziness. I suppose I should be grateful I'm not gaining, but really I'm just irritated that I've gotten back to lazy. Blech.

Onward and downward. It's time to be a grown up and make the right decisions.

Gale: you can do it! Seems like you've made up your mind too!

I'm still going on my c25k program and I think that's really helped trim some inches off. I did make my Jan 1st weigh in but soon afterwards retained some water bc TOM is bound to hit any day now. Hoping I'm down to my mid Jan goal by the 15th but If not it is ok!

I'm in this for the long haul..

It's like I wrote this myself!!! The only good thing to come of it is that I realize that I really do feel crappy when I eat crappy! Ready to get on with it now! Nice to know I'm not alone though!

We can get on with it together, Jen! I went to WW today and had an ok weigh in. Better than I thought, but not as good as I'd like. I'm back to tracking, the one WL tool that is indispensable to me. When I know what I'm eating I make good choices, otherwise not so much.

Keep it up!! I've been better about keeping up the food journal on my blog over the last week and it makes a HUGE difference for me too! I weigh-in tomorrow!

Didn't do as well as previous weigh-ins, but it's a loss so I'm ! 3.8lbs lost since Jan 1st.

How's everyone else doing? Staying strong?

After a two week stall I'm down 4 pounds. Almost out of the 220's

I've lost about 5 pounds- it may be more but its TOM- darn water weight!

I'm down 2 lb from last weigh in of 239lb, but I feel accomplished because my weight jumped up to 243.5 after that weighin!! So I feel like I really lost 5 lbs! Feeling back on track!

Hi All - just joined you and added my name to the spreadsheet - really love using that so I can see a snapshot of everyone! Had my weight in my iphone app so I entered it back to the beginning which was a little depressing to see how I've gone exactly nowhere since Nov 1. But, the holidays are behind us so let's see now what I can do!

Anyway, wanted to introduce myself! My goal is to be at my goal weight by June 4 so this challenge is so very perfect for me!
